"Fantastic experience! Ordered something online and realized after the order was confirmed, my address had a serious typo. I called and they quickly printed a new label. Friendly customer service! My jumpsuit arrived in Florida in a matter of days and fits great!"

"I am remarkably disappointed in the service that I have received. I ordered 3 bodysuit tank tops online 2 smalls and 1 large. When I received them in the mail 2 of them had massive deodorant stains and 1 was the wrong size. I called to have this rectified and was told to come into the Fargo store to have it fixed. At the store they said that I would have to order new items through them as they did not have them in the store. I did so, and then when I received the new items in the mail I found out that the girl who helped me had failed to order one of the items. She then told me that I could come back to the Fargo store and pick it up, but they actually did not have the right size available so I would have to take the incorrect size. I paid for this over the phone and then went to the Fargo store. At the store the girl could not find the receipt and attempted to have me pay for it again. This was an absolute mess and was way more effort than it was worth. I made it known that this was a very over complicated experience, but no effort was made by the store to improve my experience. I was helped by several different people— Kate from the Fargo store was exceptionally helpful, but besides her I felt like I was just being pawned off on other people."

"Great selection of clothing but horrible customer service. After just discovering this store I purchased a bunch of outfits in store and then more online. I was sent the incorrect size and when I brought to the store to return they said I'd have to pay shipping to have the correct size sent to me since they didn't have it at the store. I shouldn't have to pay extra shipping for their mistake. They never replied to my email regarding this issue either. Employees also show up to work in ratty sweatshirts and leggings which is inappropriate for any job. If I wasn't past my return window I would have brought all my recent purchases back after my experience."

"In love with this store, and had the most amazing first time shopping experience. Each employee was so welcoming and accommodating. Asked for my name and never forgot it. I would shop here over and over again!"

"I went in looking for a dress or jumpsuit for my graduation ceremony. Previously before coming into Leela I went to many other stores in Fargo to look for an outfit. My last stop was Leela. One of the gals working got me a fitting room and after they did I was in the fitting room for around 30 to 45 minutes because I had many dresses to try on and not one time did someone come to check up on me. My mom was the one running around the store grabbing things for me and different sizes. If I could rate the customer service a 0 I would. Before I went to Leela I went to The Nines in Fargo and what a difference in customer service! The Nines has excellent customer service, very kind and helpful. With that being said I have had a good experience at the Leela Detroit Lakes location. In DL the customer service is 5 stars they are always so welcoming and kind and helpful but I can not say the same about the Fargo location."
