"Very Poor service and follow through. i requested parts that they had in stock and three days later i called and they had not been "picked" yet. i asked Ron to send everything from the Hudson depot when i ordered as i needed the parts ASAP. He sent a few things from the depot and they arrived the next day. The others i never received and had to call, that is when i was told they had not been picked yet. I canceled the order and got them from 3 other dealers in the area that had them is stock. Moreover, i have 2 cores and Ron was supposed to send call tags. That was 10 days ago. I called to get call tags today and to talk to the office manager Rosedin (5206) She said they are running 7 days late to ship out parts and that is the way it is. No problem on her end! "I own a body shop in North Dakota. For years, Mills has been fabulous to work with. Over the last 4 months or so, the service has gone downhill to where it is absolutely terrible. Our parts have not been delivered when promised, we receive parts without an invoice so we waste time trying to figure out what vehicle it belongs to, or they are not the correct parts. They are killing our cycle time. The delays and wrong parts cause the vehicles we are repairing to be delayed, which hurts our customer service. Our time is wasted trying to figure out when the parts will actually arrive since too many don't arrive when promised. The feeling I get from management is that Mills is so big, this doesn't matter. Well, it matters to me. Our reputation is on the line. On a side note, the parts representatives we work with are fabulous. I know the issue does not lie with them. I am frustrated because I like working with them, but I have to go elsewhere to get our parts on time."
"Where to begin. Most personnel you get on the phone are grumpy, short and complacent. Hold times are 15-30 min. And even if you give them part numbers to order for you, they still mess up the order, and give you the wrong parts. When mistakes are made, which i understand they will, very little offer to make it right, or apology for it. The only credit i can give this company is that there delivery drivers are friendly, and willing to help. Update: 2/07/19 Gets worse every time i work with them. can't get through on the phone still. They have a contact us on the website page, but they don't contact you. There parts personnel is very complacent, think they know more than anyone else. I order a part, and get something totally different because "they think that's what i actually needed". I've been in the business for 16 years, if i order the wrong, part, its my own fault! Probably going to be shutting the door on this relation pretty darn soon. Sad thing is, they have the potential to be the best in the area, just poor practices."
