"First time Eating here and did not disappoint. Staff was really kind and friendly the food was great! The Colombian food reminded me of being back home in Bogota. I would definitely recommend going here!"
"My wife and I were in town for a concert and thought we'd try this place with the great reviews. The gentleman in the truck lacked in friendlessness upon greeting. I had the pork tacos while the wife went with the steak. We agreed the pork was better. Unfortunately, the unfriendly gentlemen that prepared our food did not wear gloves as he thumbed my tacos. The food was overpriced for the quality. He also gave us a rewards card without any rewards. I guess that's what $40 gets ya. We agreed it's not tough to find better mex."
"Easily the best Mexican/Colombian food in North Dakota. I had the empanadas and they were amazing. The Tacos AL pastor were very good, and the red and green salsas were both delicious. Good job on the rice and beans as well."
"Best tacos in town! The Al Pastor tacos are delicious. They are located in front of O’Rielly Auto Parts on 32nd Ave. definitely a must have if in the area!"
"Today I stopped and got the Al Pastor street taco combo with rice and beans and a sprite. The owner was extremely kind and conversational. We shared a few laughs and our experiences and love of food while traveling. Al Pastor is my favorite and this place does it phenomenal compared to other places that I've had it in town, or elsewhere! Delicious sautéed veggies really put that extra flavor that I've been seeking in Hispanic food. He also recommended me to try his hot sauce over Chaluoa and I am so glad I listened to him because it complimented the food remarkably well. The thing that really pulled it all together was the rice and beans; I almost didn't get them because most other places do the refried beans and it feels like something I could have made at home, but not here. I love making my own versions of beans at home almost weekly and I wish I had this recipe! I'm a petite woman who can't usually eat more than 2 tacos but I ate everything pictured in one sitting. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love the effort put in by the owners of food trucks. Some of the best foods I've had in my life came from the little window of a food truck, and this place definitely ranks as one of the top on my list."
