"Dear owner, You have money to buy a sign that tells me. Your drive-thru is closed, but you can't pay somebody to be there? Yeah, I look over in the drive through window area and see 5 employees standing around doing nothing. I get if there's nothing to do. You can stand around, but if you have that many people, you can run a drive through."
"came to pick up doordash order; they were busy, so i had to wait around for several minutes before they were able to talk to me—understandable. but then when i told them the name on the order, they looked at the ticket for the first time and just started the order. they used to have a pickup area where orders were always ready and waiting. they obviously prioritize in house orders and ignored the pickup order until i was already there to pick it up, wasting my time (losing me money) for a job that already barely pays anything."
"Ordered spicy and did not get spicy. The cashier was extremely rude and not listening to my order and even though I repeated the order several times she still did not get it right. The customer service was very bad. It was the cashier's first day and none of the other employees were there helping her and training her properly and causing her to get not only my order wrong but several other customers orders wrong"
