New Gyro

"Best lamb gyro I've ever had. Student fries were also out of this world. Super friendly worker, just wish they had some drink options. Just some water or something."

"Filthy interior. The kitchen (just behind the counter) has food scraps and grime everywhere. The handwashing sink has scraps in it, and the back wall and floor has trash lingering. The floor is coated in grime and stains. The restroom had two bare and dim light bulbs, no soap, and no paper towels. The meat tornado was empty. The front room is super bare, not at all inviting. Overall the place was disgusting. I ordered the chicken gyro with onions, lettuce, regular sauce, and spicy sauce. The food wasn't too bad, but it was different from what I had eaten in Greece, but it was just as clean as some places in Athens. The "spicy" sauce was not spicy at all. The guy at the front was a friendly fellow, but he wasn't wearing a hairnet and only had one glove. Overall if you're squeamish consider takeout so you don't have to see where your food was prepared."

"I ordered mix (lamb+chicken) over rice. Good value for money, taste good. They serve in disposable containers that you can either eat there in dine in or take out with you, it's the same box."

"Went to New Gyro for the second time this afternoon. I ordered a Gyro with fries inside. I got a side of fries and I thought whatever I can add them in myself I swipe my card and as it’s charging I notice I was charged 9.50 for “student fries” which is an entree with chicken. I go out to my car a bit upset but i went back inside and let them know I wasn’t mad but I know he scammed me on purpose and thought I wouldn’t notice he said let me make it right I can give you the chicken for your fries. I told him it wasn’t worth it. Not selling my trust for a scoop of chicken. Also fries were soggy af gyro was delicious. Too bad. 3/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"My husband and I went and checked out this restaurant today and absolutely loved the food we ordered. We got the lamb gyro and the lamb and rice. It was some of the best gyro meat I’ve ever eaten. We were both very impressed and will definitely go again. I’m not the best photographer but the portions were large and satisfying. We took our food to go but there is seating."
