Foods always been good and usually dont have a bunch of ingredients in the wrapper that go all over when you open it and its always fairly fresh from my experience and still quick to serve. Mind you, I am always in right around 12-9pm when I go, not sure about the other shifts."

"I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell location until last Saturday. I ordered cinnamon twists and tried one when I sat down. They were completely stale, so I brought them up to the counter and the employee wasn't sure what to do and finally told a manager. I told her they were stale. Her response was "These were made fresh this morning." I said they aren't fresh now, plus it's after 1pm. She gave me two new fresh ones which I then tried immediately and these were worse. So, I brought them up to the counter and said these are worse, please try them for yourselves and you'll see. No one said anything....didn't offer a refund, etc. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. (Also, the restaurant smelled of sewer in the ordering area.)"

"The won't open their lobby during business hours, so you sit in line FOREVER in drive thru. Then we got our food, and as you can see, they toss in hair for you at no extra cost...threw our entire order in the garbage. Emailed customer care and no response. Absolutely terrible!"
