"We were traveling through Wahpeton back to MN and found El Toro. We are so glad we stopped! The restaurant itself is quaint and brightly decorated. The service was so unbelievably fast and friendly. And our food… simply amazing! The complimentary chips and salsa were some of the best we’ve ever had. We couldn’t believe how many selections to choose from on the menu and so reasonably priced. We had chicken chimichangas, beef taquitos, tamale and carne asada. This was some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had! We will definitely stop when we travel through again."

"We had fajitas & enchiladas, they were both very good. They were busy on a Saturday afternoon when we went, but there was no wait. The food came out fast for everyone at our table. Complimentary chips & salsa was good. My bf eats here pretty regularly and says his food has always been good. This was my first time and I'd go back."
