"first time running into this. stayed room 104 last night. woke up today my wifes arms and chest bit up bad. check her bed closest to door. bed bugs. little red ones. since i made reservation for another night. i go up and talj to the "manager". who tells me its first time he has ever heard of it. panicks. says he will refund me and i can go somewhere else. then after refunding me out of nowhere says its my fault because my yellow shirt has a couple old faded grease stains. that i smell. never had a manager be so rude to me before. ive been to a lot of places. im a diamond choice rewards member. i travel 365."

"I didn't even stay at this hotel it was reserved I went to go check in and nobody would open the door you can get in the first door entry but you could not get in the second door entry to the lobby no one was picking up when you call the front desk I was there for an hour and a half trying to get somebody to answer then called my company and they called the place that they reserved it from and couldn't get anybody to pick up either"

"The room smelled of smoke There were stained pillows. Several plastic bags were under the beds We would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"COCKROACH IN ROOM CRAWLING ON COFFEE POT!!! Didnt see it until morning. I wasnt removing any luggage or other belongings until i thoroughly went thru everything so not to bring any home with me. Thankfully(?) i only found 1. The owner was very rude with us and would only give us a refund if we gave back our receipt which we reluctantly did. When we showed her the bug she said ohhhh, only little one. We said, no it's a big one! It was clear that she was aware of a problem. I will struggle with my next hotel stay in a DIFFERENT hotel after this experience."

"Classic hotel room with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a hot tube and pool but didn’t have time to check those. The breakfast wasn’t good and not well prepared, classic set up but some stuff were missing, and didn’t like the coffee, how do you drink that coffee? Also, I guess the owner were looking for someone who smoked close to my door and he was very suspicious of me. It made me very uncomfortable, I had to tell him “ I don’t smoke and haven’t seen anyone smoking”."
