"I brought my wife's 4Runner in on for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I had been waiting in the lobby when I got a call from my wife who went into labor and needed to get to the hospital (of all the times for this to happen!) several of the employees of Fix It Forward offered to give me a ride home to intercept my wife, it was the most incredible service. "I’m rather new customer at Fix It Forward. I have been there twice. The first time was to have new tires and brakes installed and the second was to have an oil change. Very impressed with the staff in all aspects. I really nice surprise was the technology with which they communicate with you regarding additional concerns that may have been identified as well as the cost and how urgent it is at this time. The technology is amazing!! I’m also impressed with the Uber driver service, For a courtesy ride, although one time it didn’t work out and I had to scramble for a Plan B.
