"I brought a GE A/C unit to get repaired. They charged me $55 to "estimate" fully aware there were no parts available for it. The result was "leak in system". I wonder if they even looked at it?"

"Over priced and lying. I brought a dryer into get cleaned and looked over. I was charged 75 bucks. Told me they found a bad wire and replaced it, other than that it was good to go. Got it home within the week it started Squeaking .brought the dryer back to have it fixed, they called me and said it would cost $300 to replace the Bearings or they could Grease them for me but they would start Squeaking again. I ASKED them to Grease the bad bearing and I would pick up. When I picked up the dryer they had charged me for cleaning it again. They did refund me the charge for the second cleaning, but when I got it home it started Squeaking Immediately. I took the dryer part myself to find the bad bearing and there wasn't one, or a replaced wire. I greased all the bearings put it back together it's been running for a month with no problems, and let me reiterate there were no bad bearings Or bad wire."
