Found out They upped the price on the agreement. Bad business. Wouldn't recommend. Luckily all my conversations with them are on audio recording."

"I am writing this review as I am canceling my agreement. Very very bad customer service. I placed an order October 16th. I had to wait until today October 24th to have a bed set delivered that they had IN STOCK ALREADY. Nonetheless, my residence is literally 2 minutes away. I was given a 1-4pm appointment timeframe. I get off work early to be at my residence for their arrival . 3:30pm comes around , I called. The manager (Elisha or something )gives me an excuse of why her appointments got all messed up. Which is not my problem. In addition, she called me at 10:30am to confirm it the appointment. She also goes to state that everyone is on lunch at the moment. Lol that is a joke and bullet I dodge. Go to Aarons!!!!"

"Worse communication employees seem to be confused on all the questions and payment's before receiving an item is new I've been with rac since 2017 I've never had to do a payment before receiving an item..."

"Every time I make a payment they call with then the next few day. And when I do let them know that I’m only one work and providing for my family. They don’t care as long as they get their pay meant and they will keep calling and calling."

"The guys were great at the store! It was a breeze to purchase my washing machine and I love it. The only problem was when the guys came to hook it up they turned the machine sideways because they brought a short drain hose. So now my washer is not facing me like it should, it’s facing me on the side which is not functional and looks bad! They didn’t seem to care and walked out and left."
