"Definitely healthy food without compromising on taste. I think signature bowls/salads are overall better. Even though it takes away the creativity of building your own, the variety of certain signatures items is plenty. If you get the bare minimum for build your own, it’ll come out cheaper than signature. Food didn’t take long to come out as they were plenty staffed. Would come back again"

"Finally a healthy choice restaurant. The variety of bowls and salads is very impressive. Lots of international flare on the menu. Fresh, flavorable, and satisfying. I liked that the menu lists out the calories and the servers ask you if you want to follow the recommendations for the dressing. Very well thought food line and it's fascinating to watch the salads being built. The drinks are flavorable and not loaded with sugar. Great addition to the area! UPDATE Jan 17th, my second visit and it was just as tasty as the first time. Tried some new bowls and loved the squash. I'll be back for more."

"Take Me Away- is right! The salad portions, options, sauces were amazing (don’t worry you can get extra!)the Aqua Fresca choices were amazing light and use only agave and monk fruit sweeteners. Decor was awesome, simple lines and high ceilings; will make it a little hard to hear for those with h-aids but surely the time you dine will determine that as well. This place is an answer to prayer if you’re craving fresh salad choices of both hot (warm bowls) and crisp-cold. Don’t forget smoothies and açaí bowls, didn't have room but can’t wait to try! Will be back to see if freshness and service is the standard. Awesome experience worth giving it a try!"

"This place is so badly needed in Grand Forks. We had restaurants like this on the east coast and the genre was greatly missed when relocating here. The dining area was well lit, open, and inviting. The staff was attentive and helpful. The menu offered many customization options. Crisp & Green reminded me of dining in metro Virginia and I would highly recommend this restaurant."
