"We had a group of 12 go and we were told that if we ordered anything that didn't go through the oven that it would be ready quickly. Anything that had to go to the oven was going to be an hour. Turned out to be the exact opposite. So those of us in a hurry ordered Burgers and Fries to be quick, ones that weren't in a hurry ordered pizzas. The pizzas came out in 10 minutes the Burgers and Fries came out in an hour. No apologies no reimbursement no nothing but here's your food. They have a bunch of kids working in there and this has been the third time that I've had a bad experience eating there, will never go back again. They charge a premium price at a McDonald's level service pathetically terrible!!!!"
