"After eight years, I’m officially done ordering from this location. I DoorDashed over $40 worth of food and drinks for my family, and many of the drinks were disappointing. No whipped cream on my daughter’s frappe’s, and my lattes definitely didn’t have an extra shot of espresso, which cost 1.65 per additional shot. Over the last few months I’ve ordered and received drinks that have only been 3/4 of the way full, and I’ve received drinks that were missing espresso shots or other (pricey) customizations. I’ve only complained twice knowing mornings can be rough, and I don’t like to make people feel bad or uncomfortable as It’s not in my nature. Most of the time I just tell myself “It is what it is.” This specific order was made around noon on a SUNDAY. There isn’t much of an excuse to mess it up so horribly. I’ll be ordering from the Columbia location from now on. My experience with them has always been positive, and even the Target location is superior. Everything I’ve ordered there has been perfect. This location has just always been more convenient, but I’m choosing quality over convenience at this point. I pay too much money to be disappointed time and time again..there isn’t an excuse to screw up this consistently, especially when these drinks are not cheap by any means."

"The only Starbucks location that I have ordered ahead through the app, waiting in line on the drive through, gotten to the window and they still can’t figure out my order. Which would be fine with me if it wasn’t for the attitude of being inconvenienced by my order. I have experienced this multiple times at this location, unfortunately. It’s so disappointing and not what I expect from Starbucks."

"This has been the most friendly Starbucks I've ever been to, every employee that has taken my order in the drive-thru seems to either love their job, or they are just great at customer service! I've been in a longer line before and they are really fast pace too! Whoever the manager is should be proud of keeping their employees on track!"
