"I dont know who they have at the window taking orders but they managed to have my entire order messed up and managed to short us a sandwich. The person just kept making mistakes and I'd have to correct it. I can't rate the food because I didn't get any food myself."

"Service was excellent, staff are friendly. Cleanliness is definitely not on the top of the list here that's why they only get a 3 start rate. The condiment counter was pretty neglected, I thought maybe they had a busy lunch rush and couldn't clean quick enough.. nope, even when the restaurant was empty at 2:30 in the afternoon, four employees that we could see of didn't bother coming out to wipe tables, the ketchup dispenser had hard old crusty ketchup all over it, ketchup spilled every where, napkins pulled from dispenser just laying all over and dirty... MOST OF ALL THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM ATT ALL!!! NO DISPENSER,NO PUMP, NOTHING! GROSS! IT WAS HARD TO SWALLOW MY FOOD. The place was just not appealing to me and I will not be visiting again."

"The manager was very obviously on meth as he wouldn't stop twitching and tapping on everything. Halfway thru taking my order he left to go take a drive thru order. When I complained he refused me my food. Then I called corporate to complain and they assured me I would get a call within 72 hours with the detail of how they handled it. Fast forward a week and I called back only to be told the regional manager quit and they would escalate the case and again call me back within 72 hours. Another week goes by and I call today and finally talked to the first person with any sense. He proceeded to "tell it to me straight" and admit that they handle these things internally and I would not be receiving a call back. So after being lied to twice, I was finally told the truth on the third call; that they don't punish irresponsible meth heads, they let them manage their stores."

"They never can get an order right. Ordered a Dave’s single no onions extra cheese. Received it with no cheese extra onions. Another time ordered a chili cheese baked potato and received a plain baked potato. Fries are always cold and frosty is always melted."
