"My husband and I were in the store yesterday about 3 PM - the store at Hilton Village and we use the self-serve all the time - we use it at about four or five other locations around town and different businesses - but the woman working there insisted that she ring up our things. She even escorted people ahead of us to the self-serve - stopped us before we got to the self-serve - said we had too many items and that if she did the items it would be faster. I told her we could do it - we didn’t want her help - she was relentless and she was rude. I was very uncomfortable with it. I didn’t like it at all and neither did my husband. My husband didn’t say too much but she knew that I was not happy with the fact that she just wouldn’t let us do the self-serve which we’ve done 100 times. I don’t need to have some woman talk to me or my husband in that way we are senior citizens, and we’re alert active and know what the hell we’re doing - this was very much not customer service like I don’t know who she is and frankly I don’t even feel like going to the store again - we usually go to the store on Indian school which is out of our way on Monday but I think that’s what we’ll be doing - if we want help we will ask for it that’s the idea of the self serve you take care of yourself and get out and we didn’t have too many items we’ve had that many items many times in the past! This was a ridiculous situation that didn’t need to happen!"
"The CVS located at the Hilton Shops, 6045 N. Scottsdale Road is a great place to shop. One is welcomed in at the door and all store staff and pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable in finding items and for helping at checkout."
"Ok I always give people/business a chance. Read the reviews and absolutely agree that this particular location is not good. Especially the pharmacy, ordered my prescription renewal to be delivered, it says needs signature, I stayed home. Email said its on the way/ordered earlier in the morning . They close at 6pm. Called it hadn't even left the store yet. They called me back to say it was getting delivered now. I appreciate that, and all the time the young lady in pharmacy that spoke with me."
"If I could give less than zero I would. This is specifically about the Pharmacy. The staff is rude each and every single time I call. They act as if the fact that I pay to have my prescription delivered and it doesn't get delivered is my fault. I have to use CVS for my medications because of my insurance...otherwise I would use ANYONE else. Every interaction I have with them is a nightmare. Rude. Incompetent and absolutely obvious 90% of the people hate their job and couldn't care less about their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here."
"So rude! Stood in pharmacy line for 10 mins and the cashier who was helping an older woman asked pharmacist for help. While “helping” the cashier the pharmacist told me we are closed for lunch. Come back in a half an hour. Seriously! No one else in line, I had already waited and all I needed was my prescription that I drove 30 min for. Lady said ya sorry. Absolutely horrible customer service! And she was snooty to the older lady she was “helping”. It’s not helping when you talk down to others. Its wrong and rude. The cashier was very nice to the customer. But that pharmacist needs to take some nice pills. She has access to them. Geez!"
