"In late Feb 2024, my Pfaff needed servicing and help with the cover. The clerk said, "We don't need the cover. We'd have to fiddle with it. For Pfaffs we're backed up 'til mid May." She turned away. I headed for the control and cover. Rudely, she called not to bring the cover. I took my Pfaff and left. A to Z Vac and Sew serviced it in a week!"

"The staff here are very helpful. I had been on the fence about trading up for a mid-range machine rather than my Singer 1507 model. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were also willing to answer my endless questions with a smile. They were willing to look at multiple machines in my price point and even search for comparison charts on the machine specs. They even special ordered the Viking machine I'd decided on. The store is very clean and orderly as well as well lit. The staff will also allow you to test out machines you are unfamiliar with. The staff at Cathey's on Duval Mine Rd is awesome!"
