"My first ever experience having my dogs groomed professionally and paid a hefty price for all three. They really turned out clean and beautiful but really, when I leave my three dogs with a professional for 5 hours? I expect them to have access to water and be walked to use the bathroom! Gosh! They all came home so incredibly thirsty that my poor 9 year old terrier mix was trying to lick the water off the top of my cup in the car! And found the first rock they could to relieve themselves for a good 30 seconds! If I ever bring them back, i will need to be very clear about the need for them to care for their BASIC needs! Give them water!"

"So I took my puppy to get her nails clipped at Petco as I always do. She hates it and this time one of the groomers attempted to do it by herself and it was such struggle that their boss? Told her to discontinue. What a disappointment, she apologized to me and I did not have to pay, but my dog was not finished so the groomer suggested to take my dog to see spot clean, explaining she used to work there before. I am so happy I did go. When I first stepped in to the business, I was surprised how clean and open it was, and the staff was outstandingly friendly.
