"I went to pick up a photo. The worker Sandra was at the computer printing photos, which I understand so I waited patiently for quite a while. Finally another worker came over and they spoke about a customer - swearing and complaining to each other. Neither acknowledged me. Sandra turned and looked at me and then turned back around to the computer. So I said I had a pick up, she acted totally inconvenienced and handed me my photos and told me the front can ring me up. The whole exchange was just totally rude and unprofessional."

"I'm a regular customer at the Pharmacy. As soon as I see one or two cars in line at the Drive Thru window I hesitate to get in line. Honestly, this morning pushed me over the limits but I was sick so I waited literally 30+ minutes. The car in front of me had her daughter go INSIDE to get the prescription while the Mom sat at the window for 20 minutes talking about it and so her daughter was making people wait INSIDE this privileged woman made all of us wait out in line. I'm tired of this location. As soon as I complained the girl behind the window refused to serve me. I asked for the Manager. He was okay but they aren't running a good operation. Don't go here."

"This place makes me crazy! The store is fine, prices are way too high but it’s ok. I don’t routinely shop there but I do use the Pharmacy. Only because it’s my insurance provider’s preferred place. Otherwise I would never go there! They inundate you with text reminders that have incorrect info, you go to pick up and orders aren’t ready. Employees never tell you the true reason orders aren’t ready or pricing is wrong. Today was one of those days- a prescription I’ve taken for years was processed according to the text, without insurance for $1600! When I went inside and said it’s a covered drug, it became $300 which is still wrong. I suspect the real reason it priced that way is because it was filled slightly early so why not say that? I declined to take it. They have too many people always waiting - lines inside and out are long. It’s just a frustrating experience all the time and I have to use them because of pricing. I try not to bash businesses but they really need to do better."
