"We brought our dog in for a nail trim, and were told to come back the next morning because there was only one person there. We showed up at the exact time we were instructions to do so the next morning, and the owner (or whoever was there didn't let us in, pick up the phone when we called twice, or acknowledge we were there). Not sure how you feel about your time, but my time is valuable and you've wasted it twice now! I'll take my business elsewhere."

They blame it on tangles but Carol could always get any tangles out with no problems. We can literally see my dogs skin after his cut. I will NEVER use them again. Don’t got here."
