"I take my mom's Schnauzer there. They are great with him and he is not the most cooperative dog. Allow time to schedule out a couple of weeks. I don't know if they are always busy but I plan ahead. The staff is super nice and I recommend Bree who is great at cutting Schnauzers."

"We have been taking our 2 dog here one for 7 years and the youngest for 5 years and the last 2 times in for the youngest dog we have gone to pick him up and they have told us the same thing “ OH WE CUT YOUR DOGS EAR”. And they where right this first time it had a scab on it for over 2 months and this time we have had him home for a week and yup you guessed it it’s still bleeding. I was told not to come back because I was rude to the assistant manager because the owner was not in at the time of my phone call. Just beware about taking you pets here."
