"This hotel (tbh it’s motel quality at a hotel rate) is falling apart. The hot tub wasn’t heated, our tv wouldn’t turn on, half the outlets in the room were loose so we couldn’t use them, the breakfast was sad, our door didn’t have weather stripping, windows didn’t lock. These are signs of an incredibly neglected motel. Additionally, the majority of the staff don’t have customer service skills. I asked for a partial refund to match the quality of our stay and I’ve been ignored. We paid $100 a night when this place is really worth $50 a night. Lastly, it’s right next to the freeway. If you’re a light sleeper, definitely bring ear plugs. I fully regret booking this hotel."

"Great room, great price! My family and I arrived 30min past check-in time (3am) and were worried we would be charged twice due to “no-showing”. We spoke with the manager the next morning and got everything sorted out. The staff was understanding and accommodating. Decent breakfast options and clean rooms. Only negative was the cold hot tub and broken washing machine/dryer. Would still recommend this as a bug-free, budget friendly hotel!"

"Checked in here for a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cool, and there's even a breakfast included. The location is perfect with restaurants and grocery stores and gas walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in the area!"

"We stayed for 3 nights. The room smelled of smoke when we got there. I later understood how this could happen as they DO NOT enforce the no smoking signs posted around so the guests were smoking right outside their room and in no smoking areas. There is no housekeeping services unless you order 24hrs in advance so you were responsible to make sure you had towels, soap, toilet paper etc. The ceiling fan was caked with dust and looks like it has never been cleaned. We had to order a roll-away bed for 2 adults and 2 kids because the beds were so small. The roll-away bed was delivered with stains on the bed sheets. The pool and hot tub were freezing cold and not useable and they had the typical response that the heater was broken. The microwave in our room did not work so basically we paid for a bunch of amenities that we never received. The hotel is located on a busy road near to a intersection so getting out of the parking lot was a challenge."

"Just no smiles and happy customer service! Employees are just starring at their personal cell phones and act you are an inconvenience?? Need way better staff to greet the public! BBQs are out of propane, the dang hot tub has not been on or hit for over 4 months! If you have a hot tub, turn the dang thing on! The maintenance consists if 1 man that speaks absolutely zero English???. Why? Work here, speak English! He says the hot tub is working???. Yes it's on! At 32° freezing! Why? I stay here over 5 or 6 times a year, but I grow tired of no happy professional front desk staff, a d certainly no maintenance staff! Turn the dang hot tub on!! You can't be that cheap! I like staying here 4 or 5 times at a week at a time! But my gosh, turn the hot tub on and get some front end staff that are actually happy, enjoy the hotel clients and really can brighten the clients day!"
