You sure showed them Mark E Bolen of Mesa az. Do people do the same to you at southwest? Was the shipping to the knoll address found on google by searching your name going to take too long? And that weird looking lady jenane Bolen or however you spell that Karen’s name is everything that wrong with this reviewer status. This Karen thinks her review means anything so she posted something after Brie and mark as a “oh yeah well IM approved to review places because I’ve reviewed so many!” No, Karen, you just think people care about your opinion. Seriously if you boomers could just not be pieces of trash to people making Pennies on the dollar, the world would be a much better place. But, the attitude was built into your entitled frail bodies, so I guess we’ll cheer as you pass on :)"

"ZERO STARS- Terribly disappointed in lack of customer service. Daughter went in store to pick up 2 floats. Online "Leslie's"price $119.99. In store Dan said no, $149.99. Husband was on the phone with our daughter. Dan said, no that must be the smaller size. We gave the Product Number "78369". Yes that was the float in-store. Dan would not match told us we needed to order online. I ordered online for pick up at store #429. They told us they couldn't see the order. We called back and Shane also said they couldn't see our order. To cancel our order and then she could buy them. I called the Ellsworth location #575 and spoke to Ronnie, who was an incredible help. He had the floats and when asked what the price was, he promptly quoted $119.99, just like the website. We cancelled our order, and will be calling the District Manager, Mark Mansfield on Monday. Easily could have been avoided if in-store staff could have taken the time and care to check the price. Highly recommend driving to Ellsworth and Brown, rather than dealing with rude and incompetent team members."
