"I have been a customer for over a decade and the service has decreased significantly. They stopped service with no notice AND kept charging me! One of the pool service technicians brought his girlfriend on the property without authorization. Then I had a manager visit to inspect the service because it was so bad and I was not made aware of the manager’s visit ahead of time. Some dude claiming to be a manager just showed up. I have been told I would be contacted several times for service and never was. I would be filing a BBB complaint, however this company is NOT even accredited by the BBB. As a long time customer, this company has shown me bad business practices and I would NEVER hire them. Beware!"

"Horrible company - Scheduled someone to come out, took time off work they never showed. When I called to verify I had my date correct they said "Oh yeah we were supposed to be there yesterday", when I told them never mind then they offered no apology they just hung up not another word. Totally unprofessional"

"I bought a home in Gilbert and was unfamiliar with pool care in Arizona. I had received a flier from Gilbert Pool Services so I called and asked them to schedule weekly pool service. There was no mention of a contract and I was never asked to sign one. I also asked to have someone come and assess my pool equipment for replacement as it was about 14 years old and was a sand filter. I wanted top of the line with the ability to control the system from my phone. A gentleman came to my home and looked at the equipment. I later learned he is the owner. I was told service would start on Saturday and continue every Saturday after. I did receive estimates and opted to install the Pentair VS Superflo and Intellicenter system. My main problem was with the pool service. The first Saturday came and no one showed. The owner came out after I called and did the service himself. After that I watched for the service person to come and the guy must have run in to the yard, signed the card and ran out because I would literally check the pool and it would be dirty, no chlorine but there would be initials on the pool card. At least one more time the person did not show up. Meanwhile the installer struggled with the Intellicenter and I genuinely believe he had never installed one before. I was getting estimates in my email for things I never asked for like resurfacing the pool. I had to say, "hey can we just get this first thing connected please?" Finally he worked out the kinks and I paid the company but I asked to stop pool service immediately. The woman at the office requested I email so they had my request in writing. I did that. Then they sent me a bill for another month of service. I called and she said we had a "contract" for 90 days of service. Most unprofessional company. Just choose someone else."
