"Curtis and his team performed a resurfacing of my pool and spa. He is very difficult to get ahold of. I informed him that there were problems with the workmanship that occurred very quickly after the job was done. Curtis was largely unresponsive until my pool maintenance guy contacted him. He said that he sent a tech out to evaluate it , however , I don’t believe anyone ever came by. Curtis said there was no problem. Fast forward to now…my pool is now delaminating in 2 places exactly where I told him there was a problem. Additionally the step in my spa has a 7 inch crack. Beware of this company."
