"I went to Leslie's and worked with Heather (and the helpful and friendly team there) to help me get my water tested and purchase the necessary chemicals to help balance my pool. After purchasing chemicals on 2 different occasions, Heather informed me that my water was too far off from being balanced and told me my best bet would be to drain my pool completely and start over with the treatment. As a courtesy, because none of the chemicals I purchased resulted in the expected results, Heather and her management refunded to me all purchases I made while trying to balance my pool. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
