"Living Waters Pool Service was hired to do the following items. 1) Clean the pool & tile. 2) Replace skimmer door. 3) Change the sand in the sand filter. They did a great job of cleaning the pool. They did purchase the skimmer door, but they just left it at the pool and didn't install it. They did change the sand in the sand filter, but after they did that I started getting sand in the pool and in the backwash line. Then, my pop ups stopped rotating to the different areas of the pool. I found sand in the pop-up water valve which had jammed. After 2 weeks of trying to contact Carlo to resolve the issues, I never had any responses to my calls, texts and emails. I'm going to have to call in a different company to make the repairs. I would never use Living Waters Pool again! I would definitely stay away from this company."

"They did a great job cleaning the pool. It was green & had a lot of debris at the bottom, but they cleared it and now the pool is nice and blue. They also did some repairs. Everything is working well. Talked to Danielle on the phone, and she always had good communication. Would use them again if I need a pool cleaning or repairs."
