"Very disappointed!!! Purchased a one year old model home with a pool. Hired Phoenix Pro Pool to check out the pool and do a one time clean with the intention of hiring them for weekly service. Pool was clean except for the bottom being dirty due to poor maintenance by the pool company hired by the Builder. Paid $165 for the clean and orientation of the pool and equipment. Tech came one day and texted the pool looked good for chemicals and he made some changes to the filter settings, etc. Next day the owner came out for the cleaning and orientation. He spent about 20 minutes explaining the equipment, a quick brush of the pool, added a chemical and explained chemical balancing. He said he would send a follow up email going into detail about chemicals and balancing. I sent a text a couple of days later to ask if he would still be sending the email. No response..next day sent a follow-up text asking that he please send the email or let me know if I should look elsewhere for the information. Still no response after 3 days. Very poor communication and customer service. Not the mention the fact I wasted $165. I will definitely be going with another company for my weekly service."

"Hired these people 3 weeks ago, for weekly service. Could not get ahold of them for a week and a half after technician left and pop ups did not work. Tried emailing, texting, and leaving voicemails. Did not follow thru with stated post cleaning email and pictures for last visit. Communication is key!"
