Chris was very helpful and friendly, quoted me a great price for my 3 bed+loft two story home. Chris was true to every promise he made...from the first call to him, to make and keep a prompt appointment, to remaining true exactly to all the details..how long it would take to do the carpets to how long it would take to dry. We had 7 areas in our home that needed cleaning and now almost 3 weeks later we remain totally satisfied with the results. The carpet has never looked better than it does now. Thank you, Chris."
