"Got sectional cleaned and noticed later they had not removed the cushions when cleaning and under the cushions still smelled like cat urine. Called company and was scheduled for a redo Tuesday. They didn’t show up Tuesday and I called again and was told it was Wednesday. I know I was told Tuesday previously because I work every other day of the week. He told me call back in 45 minutes when he gets to the office to reschedule. I called back and no one answered. I’ve called multiple times over the past few days and left multiple messages and no one will call me back. Now I’m out $160 and still need to get the couch cleaned by another company because it wasn’t done right the first time."
