"Dispensaries make me anxious because I don’t like being in large crowds. I shop at the University location because of how small and intimate it is. They opened up their larger space and I was immediately overwhelmed as I came in during a rush they were having. Heather greeted me at the door and immediately took notice to my uncomfort and personally walked me through the store. She helped me pick out some great products and even took the time to cash me out rather than passing me off. She went above and beyond by even walking me out and making sure I got to my car. This was invaluable to me, and I can’t wait to return."

Tonight, my partner and I came in and we’re greeted upon checkin, but when we got to our Budtender Jacob, he was NOT friendly at all, just bland. We were asking questions about the half ounces and he was literally talking to us while looking at the ceiling with such a dull expression.. it was such an uncomfortable purchase.."
