"A week ahead of time, I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day came and went……no strawberries, no phone call, no email……nothing EXCEPT a charge of $50. and change on my credit card. I was so angry. I understand that “stuff” happens, but you call or email to apologize or SOMETHING. It appears that the only thing this store is good at is charging for NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’d like to see them try to dispute my dispute. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER DELIVERED!!!"

"They did an excellent job at making things right! On Valentine's Day the doors were locked with this sign on the door. I went to the Chandler location and not only did they have the chocolate dip strawberries I ordered from the Tempe store waiting for me, but they also gave me an additional box of chocolate dipped strawberries and a box of "apology cookies" to make up for the mix-up. It was well worth the trouble. The strawberries were excellent!"
