"Would give them a -5 if i could, worst service i have ever had from any type of place or people. Left my house without a/c for weeks "waiting for parts" gave me like 4-5 diffrent dates of wheb the parts would arrive and nothing, had to call 10 times to get any type of answers but still nobody knew about the part or when it would come in. And to top it off the guy that showed up was in a bad mood all mad yelling and ended up leaving and left the a/c off so my family and i were without any air in 110°+ weather never offered a hotel nothing and no type of re-enbursement or nothing for i had to do to not die in the house and get some cool air fk this place never again will i give them my service"
