"There are lots of signs posted in this Kohl's located at the Henderson Galleria Mall. But, posting signs and acting on them are two entirely different things. While other stores in this mall have similar signage, they appear to enforce their regulations by having someone at each entrance and exit, counting people, and making sure that everyone wears a mask upon entry. Other stores also have sanitizing stations at their entrances and exits. Kohl's has all the regulations posted but none of the enforcement. For me, the lack of enforcement doesn't bode well in this store. Looking at the inventory in this store, one can only guess they had an excellent Christmas sales season. The stock is exceeding low; there are many empty shelves, wall space, and open areas where supply used to be. It's not my call, but I do see the competition with more inventory. And with stockers diligently working to fill empty shelves, spaces, and open areas in this very mall. If Kohl's had good Christmas sales, I applaud them, but they will lose customers as fast as they earned them without restocking the inventory. I specifically went to this store to purchase a particular "staple" item that they have carried for years. Not only didn't I find it here, but at three other Kohl's locations as well. Kohl's, you are forcing me to go to your competition and potentially stay there. Is this really how you conduct business? RECOMMENDED: I guess SERVICE: Okay PRICE: $$ COVID: Doesn't appear to follow pandemic guidelines. PARKING: Convenient, Adequate. Well Lighted. REASON/INTENT: Looking for an article of clothing, which I couldn't find."

"It's a nice department store, clean and more or less what you would expect from a store in the galleria mall. The clothes/makeup are on the bottom floor, while the second floor has kitchen and bedroom items. I think the prices here are a bit better than other stores. The staff seems friendly enough, although they could use more people working there."
