"My husband and I have been impressed by Conrad's from the moment we first reached out to them for an estimate. Esmeralda came out to meet with us within 24 hours of our initial call! She was extremely pleasant to talk to. She gave the necessary advice, and was honest about expectations of how things work. Diana is the friendly face you'll see upon entering Conrad's office, she has also been helpful and friendly along the way. Conrad himself was out when the time came for the pebbletec install, and he is also a friendly guy who likes to put his sweat into the job with his name on it. We are very pleased with the final outcome of our pool and would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is on the fence about using Conrad's. "My husband and I recently purchased an older home with a pool in Yuma. The pool was very dated and definitely needed a baja step for our dogs to cool off on during the hot summer months. I reached out to 3 different pool companies and Conrad's was the first to call back... in less than 24 hours. We scheduled an appointment and Esmerelda came out to discuss our options. She took the time to hear what we wanted and made some suggestions to help us decide how to proceed. She was awesome - talked to us like she knew us for years and was not in a hurry to get out of there. We did have one of the other companies call and come out but that was just TERRIBLE... made us feel like we were not good enough for them to work on our pool. I immediately reached back out to Conrad's to get our remodel scheduled. We signed the contract and hoped the process would be quick. Unfortunately, getting concrete was an issue (For all contractors) and there was a slight delay BUT it's done now and was worth the wait. Our pool looks amazing! Not only was Esmerelda a pleasure to work with but, it goes a long way when the owner himself shows up at your house and puts his own sweat into getting the job done. Conrad is a very personable, entertaining and like-able guy. Everyone that worked on our pool project was awesome... Esmerelda, Conrad, Dianna (can't forget her) and all the guys that came out ...THANK YOU!!!"

"Conrad, Esmeralda, and their entire crew did a fantastic job with our dream pool since the moment we reached out to get a quote and working through options and upgrades they were on top of our calls and concerns. We ran into some material delays and this was nothing they could control as we are seeing this nationwide, however despite the delays they always kept us informed. We really appreciated that even Conrad himself would come visit our construction site and ask us for our feedback all in all they provided us with a wonderful pool and our family couldn't be happier!
