"Over 90 days of broken promises and failure to follow through with scheduled appointments. Excuse after excuse after excuse. And they never bother to call you and give you a heads up that they are experiencing issues. When I wanted information I’ve had to call after they failed to show up. they’ll be happy to take your phone Call and make an appointment. Just not happy to you know, keep the appointment. Go elsewhere. Don’t even bother calling."

"It has literally taken us months to have a repair done that should have only taken a week at most. There is still a huge pool of water standing around our pool equipment and after many contacts all we get is a vague promise to get someone out here but no one ever comes. I would call someone else but they need to make this right. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of professionalism."

"I worked for Johansson's pool services for only a year and a half. While working at this company I have felt more at home than any of my other companies in the past. My coworkers were awesome and fun to be around. And the owners really do care about their employees. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances health-wise I had to leave them. "I have had my pool heater serviced by Johansen- they are really great. I had an issue with my pool heater not getting the proper amount of natural gas. Of course this happened the day before Thanksgiving when we were planning on using our pool/hot tub with the family. I called Johansen and they were able to get out the same day! The other pleasant surprise was that the repair fee was very minimal because it was just a valve that needed to be replaced. I don't know anything about pools, so he could've said the whole neater needed to be replaced. However, he did just what was necessary and got the pool working right away and now we can have an awesome Thanksgiving holiday break. Thank you so much!"

"Ever since our Johansen's fiasco we've had multiple other pool service people out (honest ones) to give us their opinions and every one of them can't believe the poor service we've received. We paid $4,500 ($2,000 overpriced) for a brand new pool cover that didn't work from the first week it was installed. Johansen's said it wasn't under warranty and charged us for every service call on their bad work! We finally began using someone else for pool service but it's too late. Several thousand dollars later and we need a completely new pool cover...again."
