"I went there on Friday at 2:30 and they were closed even though the website says they’re open I don’t know why anyone would be closed on Friday at 2:30 kind of weird kind of annoying. I drove 20 minutes to get here and they weren’t even open so strange."

"Pulled up at 5:55 pm driving all the way across town after work. It was locked, we knocked and the lady refused to come to the door. She finally did and told us her name was Daniel and that she managed the store and her credit card machine was down. She said she wouldn’t take check or cash. I asked for the managers number and she said she was it. There was no one else to call. There were 2 customers standing by us wanting to purchase a product. Please stay open a little longer and accept cash."

"I am in the store quite frequently and most of my experiences have been on the positive side. They are well stocked in the products I need and I have found myself interacting with Aaron the majority of the time. Aaron takes the time to answer any questions I have, test my pool water and provide me with a detailed report of what chemicals I need to add. I have cross checked his recommendations on a couple of occasions, nothing personal, just wanted to know how accurate his recommendations are. Spot on from what I have seen. That's why I keep returning to purchase the products I need for our pool. Keep up the good work Aaron, hope to see you managing the store soon."

"I really like the store owner but the young female manger has always been rude and not helpful. We had a pool cleaner break in less than a year called the store they said bring it in we will look at it and can fix it in the store. Well the female manager said we would have to find the part ourself by a third party. I like the store when I can work with the owner but otherwise I wouldn’t waste your time if the young female manager is working she doesn’t care."
