"Update 3/12/24 **Pool is still not finished, and it's almost 1 year OVER estimated completion date. There is no communication. This company is not worth the headache and will not value you as a customer. I wish I had taken the many negative reviews here more seriously when we were selecting a pool builder. *Not recommended* We Fix Ugly Pools is now 14 months (and counting ) into our 6 month project. If you get a quote from them, you may want multiply the completion time the give you by 2.5x for a more realistic date. lt's pretty amazing how an experienced pool builder (who claims to be the fastest in town) can be so far off on their completion estimate. 1/9/24 Original review * Buyer beware if timeline is important to you.* We Fix Ugly Pools gave us an estimated completion date of 4/30/23. It is October of 2023, six months beyond the contract completion date, and the pool still is not complete. We missed an entire swim season. Our yard is torn up with trenches and a concrete pit. We can't complete any part of our landscaping and much of our yard is too dangerous for our small children to use."

"Richard had come out by invitation for an estimate for a crack in my pool on the wall near the stairs. He spent an hour measuring and explaining the process and the steps if the crack was structural or just a shell crack. Talked with Brian Morris the owner who took the time to reiterate what and how things would be happening. I gladly signed a contract. During this process I met ( ALEXIS, DESTINEE, JOEL, LUIS, MINERVA, BIG MIKE). All of these workers are in house employees, no contractors lead the operation to empty my pool, tear out the old pebble tech, repair the crack, reinstall all new pebble tech and refilling of the pool, the clean up, the reset up, replace baskets, overflow flap, check all running parts, reset the chemicals, and the startup. This company has a greatest program called dispatch, it announces by e-mail and also by text who and when a technician will arrive to do the work. I never had such great communication with any other company as " WE FIX UGLY POOLS " HAD GIVEN ME. I truly Felt like I was being treated as family."

In as little as 3 months with labor and material shortages, start to finish, I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for the spectacular work that was done. We have a 50K gallon pool and a 2K gallon spa. This was no easy task. Highly recommend!"
