"BOTV is great! We were introduced to them through our design with Yardzen. Luis and his team have been so easy to work with from the beginning, including using a text thread to communicate with everyone involved in the project. Our backyard needed a complete makeover, and they turned it into an oasis we can enjoy for years. The team pays attention to detail (including cutting turf by hand with scissors). The pool, the composite wood deck, turf, desert plants, the tile coping, and the fire pit are perfect. The dogs love the new dog run, and we feel better knowing they are safe from escaping and critters. Seeing the video updates on social media is also pretty cool. Luis and his team ensure the customer is 100% satisfied and loves everything. We have plans to make future improvements, and we will use BOTV for those projects. Luis worked with us to create our own private getaway. The project started ahead of schedule and finished early and was on budget.
