"Went to visit a friend. The condo is average, the ground good, parking can be a pain."
"Horrible Hoa. They are a pain to deal with and won’t even compromise. Had to take down a sunshade on the second story because it was in the view of a rock pathway below? Or a danger to the rock pathway? It wasn’t close to be a danger to anyone if it fell. In addition I have a work truck. A dodge 4x4 that isn’t bigger than any other truck but has commercial stickers on the side. They said no commercial vechiles and sticker it up and threaten to tow. I understand if this truck is too big but it is parked away from everyone. Not hurting anything. Worse Hoa by far."
"Front pool/jacuzzi and club house have been closed for over 3 weeks because key card readers aren’t working. Don’t know why they can’t just unlock the club house doors and allow access from there. Condo interior noise is pretty bad especially for sensitive sleepers. Other than that the place is very clean"
