"This was the WORST floral experience I have EVER had and DO NOT recommend going through this shop via a national vendor or directly! The owner (Debbie) is extremely rude and does not know what customer service it. I ordered flowers through From you Flowers and they had them created and sent via Bloomers. They were left on my mom's porch in hot weather at 8:30 at night with no notification that they were there. Her response was that it is hard to get help. Then I told her about the broken flowers and that for the price they were so disappointing. She told me I ordered a "one-sided" arrangement, yet is was in a round vase - anyway, she told me she could make a new one two days later, but it would not have the same flowers as those were out and she would be closed for 2 weeks...blah blah blah, due to the hot weather. She hung up. She came and picked up the old, brought new (less than 1/2 the amount), and used some of the old - HORRIBLE. I have went back to From You Flowers and they are having new flowers delivered from a completely different shop! PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM BLOOMERS - PATHETIC"

The physical address was not right in the navigation system. They called me and we worked through getting the name of the residence. The flowers were delivered soon after and my great-aunt was so happy."
