"Wow, the flowers were dead and broken very sad. These were sent to me and I was devastated that they came in this condition for the $$$$ that was spent. They offered a $20 credit… What a joke I had to fight tooth and nail just to get some money refunded to the person who purchased these for me. Really sad. I use them all the time and I won’t ever use them again it’s not allowing me to post photos, but trust me, I received a pile of dead roses that were all broken and wilted."

I have also gone in after seeing an arrangement on their website, which wasn't available at the time in-store, so I ordered it for delivery. Overall, pleasant experiences each time."

"Ordered 18 roses for our anniversary, at a cost of +$100. Roses arrived on time and looked beautiful day 1. Come day 2 they started to droop, and by day 3 they fully were drooped. Please see attached photo's. I left comments on 1-800 flowers and they were suppose to contact me but haven't heard anything, it's been 5 days sine I reached out to them. Very disappointing... Tong G"
