ZERO STARS the absolute worst experience here, some of our clothes came out worst than when they went in, dress was hanging by a strap, sandwiched between other clothes so we did not see it till we got it home. Turns out the brand new never worn dress was damaged because of their terrible quality control. When we called back, they have instructed all of their employees to not give out management information. When I did get a call back, the attitude was very clear that they do not want to take care of their customers,. I was able to get a partial refund for the dry cleaning of said damaged dress, that will come in the mail via check who knows when. I would proceed with caution here, you have been warned"

"Find another cleaner. They burned a brand new dress shirt and all the color is washed out. The shirts were not straight on the hangers. The sleeves were not clipped and wrinkled badly. Pant creases were off with double creases on the legs. Asked for heavy starch and it feels like there is none. Over paid and had a $60 shirt ruined. Spent almost $80 and had to press everything myself again for a business trip."

"I rarely dry clean anything so I am not sure how the price compares. I love the way this store smells. They did a decent job. There were a couple of spots of white powdery stuff on the black suit, but it easily wiped off with a wet paper towel. I loved that they had it done in 24 hours and I received a text and an email when it was finished. I feel badly people had a bad experience. I thought the staff members were super friendly."
