"Staying at El Tovar ($400/night) and employee Jacob is powerwashing outside my window at 1AM unknown to the hotel management (an alleged violation of the Code of Federal Regulations 36 CFR § 2.12). When the manager and I went out to determine the situation, Jacob got aggressive and confrontational, yelling and swearing at me. A FEDERAL CONTRACTOR DEMEANING AMERICANS (I am also a Veteran and federal government employee) AT A NATIONAL PARK. MY HARD-EARNED TAXPAYER DOLLARS SHOULD NOT BE WASTED ON SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL OR ANY COMPANY THAT WOULD HIRE HIM. THEY CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT HAVE CONTRACTS WITH THE VA. Per my cursory internet review I am not the only person who has had issues with this company violating noise ordinances. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY: ROC License #196052.
