"Where do I start, I am so impressed with Nick and Dyson young but mature and they know their stuff. I had a water heater bursted in my house and called Enviro clean , they send Nick and Dyson to do water mitigation and let me tell you I was so stressed because of the water heater, but when they started working and made me feel at ease and in 4 days everything was dried and these 2 gentleman kept checking everyday and my wife was so impressed with their work she even bought them dinner.I think Enviro Clean is a great company especially for having great employees like Nick and Dyson."

"I recently had a water heater leak that caused some damage to my garage and neighboring inside walls. The plumber that came out recommended Envio Clean for mitigation and they were quick to show up, within hours! Ryan Hale came out to do the original assessment and was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. Not only did he take a thorough look at everything, he explained step by step everything that would happen moving forward in detail. He even sat down and called my insurance with me to help file a claim since this was my first go-around. He was the main reason I decided to move forward with their company. There was pretty laxed communication during the dryout phase though and it took multiple phone calls and emails until I finally just reached out to Ryan, who responded immediately, and put me in contact with Madison Pedersen. Madison went above AND BEYOND for me. I was originally told 2 weeks until rebuild could start and I explained that this would but us close to Thanksgiving, she said sit tight and let me make a call. Before I knew it, work started a few days later. I also had a few issues with the repairs that were done but this was in no way a reflection of Enviro Clean however, Madison was quick to find a solution immediately. She even replied to some very late texts/emails always making herself available to help. Madison went out of her way to rectify things, make it right and stated that they truly value taking care of their customers and her efforts truly showed that. If I ever need mitigation services again, Madison will be my first call. This being my first experience with damage to my home and having to work with a mitigation company, I am happy I made the choice to go with Enviro Clean."

After locating the leak, they completed remediation, set up a fan and dehumidifier. There were calls, informing us of every step of the way plus before and after photos.
