"Used the wash and fold service. We had two bags full of clothes which weighed about 15-20 pounds. It's 29.99 for the service which includes your first 10 pounds and then 2.99 for an additional pounds. I was expecting my amount to be no more than about $60. They charged us $91. There was one hoodie in there. The rest were leggings, night shirts, and underwear. No jeans or even pants.They are not honest. My friend had twice as much as I had with another service with the same prices and paid $67. She had 2 big black industrial bags full of clothes. I had to regular white garbage bags. Despicable! Shame on you. Never again."
