"We brought in 3 table cloths to have pressed only! I wash them but have no way to press them- I have done this for years at different cleaners. When I went to pick them up they were charging me $59.99- I almost had a stroke… I could literally go and purchase 3 new ones for that price. The employee called her manager and after putting me on the phone w her she did decided to only charge me $19.00- however that was after telling me they dont just press items, etc., etc., etc. That of course was Not what the employee who took our items said It also said on each slip that was attached to each tablecloth “press”. While I appreciated her reducing the price I didnt appreciate being attacked as if it were my fault and she was doing me a huge favor ."
