"This is my neighborhood dry cleaners. Lately, they have slipped in both service and quality. I have had to return two shirts recently because the spot was not properly removed. Also, the staff seem pretty lackadaisical and uncaring compared to the service I received in the past. I mentioned this to the last staff member I encountered and asked her if I should go to another dry cleaners. She just shrugged."

"Gave us only 4 of 6 items and did not tell us. My wife caught it. They found 1 shirt and an expensive dress is missing. They had my wife call in to try and find a manager rather than having a manager contact her. No customer service at all. Does not deserve any stars but the form requires one to be checked in order to submit."

"At first I was taken back by the gentleman who assisted me when he took my clothing without setting any expectations, especially after him asking if I was a first time customer.I will say that he was not rude, however some may take this as being dismissive and choose to take their business elsewhere. I proceeded to explain to the gentleman how I wanted my clothing to be done, and he politely explained that my request isn’t something they normally do but he would see what he could do. Again, thank you. So I went to pick up my clothing a few days later with the expectation that my requests wouldn’t be met, but to my surprise they were! Overall, I was satisfied with the service, experience, and I will be returning customer."
