"This was my first time coming to this location and I was not really happy with the quality of the service. 2 of the items that I dropped off looked like they ironed them, but they didn't actually dry clean or clean them as there were odd stains and small debris in random places. My recommendation: Please check your items before you leave as it seems this is an ongoing issue with this location."

"They didn't do the work the way I asked to, my bad I didn't check my pants and shirts when I got them at their place but til I get home,they did literally what they wanted to my pants ironed in a different ways and all I asked was a cowboy heavy starch on some pants and regular iron in some others. I wanted to go back and make them to the job the way I requested but then being so close to the holidays just decide to breath and go with the flow and just never go back there."

"I understand that the dry cleaners may not know how to iron Navy dress blues, but I took my clothing here, and none of my shirts or suits or dress wear were clean. They all had lint on them, and I left a special instruction, not to crease the patch on my dress uniform, and it came back creased. It felt as though I brought my clothes there and they gave it back to me unclean and with a creased patch I wish I could say some nice things about their service. but there's nothing to say."

"They lost my wedding dress. After my husband, Evan, took my reception and wedding dress to them, they sent both items off to be cleaned and we paid extra to have it preserved. I only received my reception dress back. After months several different excuses, unanswered phone calls, and little empathy, they just mailed us a check for the cost of the dress. With it- a letter saying “we were unable to locate your item and we’ll pass along concerns to appropriate departments.” They’ve taken away any chance to pass the dress down, have the dress turned into something else, or just cherish the dress. So, beware trusting them with something precious."
