"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I worked for this man for almost 4 weeks. Mind you my first night he had told me how he couldn't keep employees, now I know why. I was referred to Nate, the owner, from a friend. She said he needed help cleaning a couple office buildings at night. In Casa Grande. I live in Peoria. But he needed help. So twice a week I made the 3 hour drive round trip to clean 2 office buildings for less than 200$ total. The first problem I had with him came in the 2nd week. He met me at one of the locations I cleaned and told me he didn't think I had been there the previous day that I was scheduled to be. He assumed that because he had gone there the next day and the mop head was dry. The area which needed to be mopped, was tiny. Walk in closet size. **Ever heard the term, "Work smarter, not harder."?** I felt filling up a huge mop bucket down the hall in another room in a sink stuffed in a closet was more work than just spraying cleaner on the floor and getting down with a couple rags and cleaning it by hand. I did just that. So he almost fired me for that. The next issue we had was the week after. I was on my way to work and my cars power steering and brakes kept randomly going out. So I decided it best to turn around, go home and get my boyfriend's car. I did that and still drove all the way down there and did my job. He then called another employee and started complaining about me to her. Our boss, gossiping about one employee to another. Super classy. I was then fired. And still have yet to be paid for the work I did. Which, mind you, not one single complaint of my work from either of the businesses I cleaned. If ur thinking of hiring him or working for him, save yourself the trouble and don't. One way or another, you'll end up regretting having done so."
